அகில இந்திய அஞ்சல் ஊழியர் சங்கம் தபால்காரர் மற்றும் நான்காம் பிரிவு சங்கத்தின் 29வது மாநில மாநாடு 10,11 அக்டோபர் 2014 ஆகிய இரண்டு நாட்கள்
திருப்பூர் நகரில் வெகு சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது.

மாநாட்டின் முதல் நிகழ்ச்சியாக தேசிய கொடியை வரவேற்பு குழு தலைவர் 

திரு ஆண்டவர் A .ராமசாமி அவர்கள் ஏற்றி வைத்தார்.

Attendance.gov.in: Modi government launches website to track attendance of government employees

Using UIDAI, Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government has launched a Biometric Attendance System (BAS) for government employees. Attendance.gov.in has been launched to keep a track on the attendance records of employees. 

Under the system, an organisation needs to register on the website. According to the website, "A back-end administrator will check the details of the organisation submitted and make the organisation active by assigning it a unique sub-domain which will be the first name of the website." 

 

Aadhaar number is essential for registering an employee in BAS. The Attendance IDs of employees will be generated from their Aadhaar numbers. The 6 digit number will be generated based on the last 6 or first 6 digits of the person's Aadhaar number. The attendance ID will only be active when the employee's Aadhaar information has been verified by UIDAI and activated by the Nodal officer. 

The employees will be required to enter their 6-digit Attendance ID on the terminal and subsequently the system will ask for finger print verification. The staff will be able to mark attendance in any bio-metric terminal installed in various Central Government buildings. 

Since network connectivity is essential for marking attendance, the government is planning two types of connectivity with each attendance terminal; wi-fi on NICNET/broadband and SIM based GSM connectivity on tablets. 

The system will not only help track the number of registered organisations and employees, but also give a dynamic interface to know the number of people attending office and the count of active devices.

No DA Merger, No Interim Relief, No Inclusion of GDS Under 7^th CPC, No relaxation of Compassionate Appointment condition, No withdrawal of New Pension Scheme, No Filling up of Posts, No Removal of Bonus Ceiling, No Assurance Regarding 01.01.2014 Date of Effect of 7^thCPC, No Regularisation of GDS and Casual Labour, For Each Demand the reply is NO, NO, NO, NO………………

NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NDA AND UPA GOVERNEMENT LET US PREPARE FOR A MAJOR INDUSTRIAL ACTION

Dear Comrades,

Confederation National Secretariat met at New Delhi on 26.09.2014, under the Presidentship of Com. K. K. N. Kutty, National President. Com. S. K. Vyas Ji, Advisor was also present. After detailed deliberations on all agenda items, the following decisions are taken.

1.      Decided to further intensify the campaign and agitational programmes against the Governments attitude towards the legitimate demands of the Central Government Employees. It is decided to organize two hours MASS SQUATING of not less than 3000 Central Government employees on 18^th November 2014, at a centrally located important place at all the state capitals. Effort should be made to ensure maximum participation of Lady comrades in the programme. Next phase of action will be decided after successful implementation of the above programme.

2.      Decided to explore the possibility of joint action with Railways (AIRF) and Defence (AIDEF) culminating in strike.

3.      Decided to participate and implement all the decisions taken in the National convention of workers organised by Central Trade Unions on 15.09.2014.

4.      Decided to organize Two days All India Trade Union workshop of Confederation at Bangalore on 2015 January 3^rd and 4^th. Total number of delegates will be limited to 200. COC Karnataka has agreed to host the Trade Union workshop.

5.      Decided to grant affiliation to the following two organizations.

(1)   Forest Survey of India Employees Association

(2)   Nehru Yuvak Kendra Sanghathan (NYKS) workers Welfare Association.

6.      Decided to organize Dharna in front of all Government of India Presses and Stationery offices and also in front of Government Medical stores Depot to protest against the proposed move to close down these offices. In front of Government of India Presses Dharna will be organised by Confederation on 27^th October 2014 and in front of Government Medical Stores Depot dharna will be organised on 30^th October 2014.

7.      Financial position of the Confederation was presented by Financial Secretary Com. Vrigu Bhattacharjee. CHQ is running with a ‘NIL’ balance. Unless and until all the affiliated Unions/Associations voluntarily clear all pending dues it will be very difficult to run the CHQ. It is decided that Financial Secretary shall issue notice to all affiliated organizations to clear the pending dues.

8.      National Secretariat calls upon all Central Government employees and also the affiliated organisatons and state COCs to make the 18^th October programme a thundering success.

திருநெல்வேலி அஞ்சலகத்தில் NFPE சார்பாக  மே தின கூட்டம் 01.05.2014 அன்று மாலை 6மணியிலிருந்து நடைபெற்றது. அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் கோட்டதலைவர் தோழர் ஆதிமூலம் அவர்கள் தலைமை தாங்கினார்கள். அஞ்சல் மூன்றின் கோட்ட செயலாளரும், மாநில உதவிசெயலாளருமான தோழர் SK.ஜேக்கப்ராஜ் அவர்கள் 7th Pay commission சம்பந்தமாகவும், ஸ்தல மட்ட பிரச்சனைகள் சம்பந்தமாகவும் உரையாற்றினார். தோழர் பாட்சா அஞ்சல் நான்கின் கோட்ட 

செயலாளர் அவர்கள் கூட்டத்திற்கான அனைத்து ஏற்பாடுகளையும் மிக சிறப்பாக செய்திருந்தார்.
