                With  reference to the above, I  submit  that  I had  participated in the One  Day  Token  Strike on 26/03/2015 as per the call given  by  the  Co-ordination Committee  of  NFPE-Affiliated Unions,  Tamilnadu Circle.  The  avoidable  strike was necessitated  due  to the adamant  and  negative attitude of the  administration,  i.e., refusing to  initiate  any  dialogue  with  the agitating  Unions  to settle  the     long pending just demands/issues  which  were  the products of  its ill-advised  policies.
